Lipobead™ Blue Lagoon by Vantage is a delivery system with visual effect. This encapsulant entraps vitamins A and E inside a matrix composed of naturally-derived cellulose. It softens in formulation and melts on the skin during application, releasing the vitamins while leaving no shell behind.
