Carbomer. Uni-Carbomer® 996 by Uniproma Chemical acts as a thickening agent. It is a cross-linked polyacrylate polymer with strong moisturizing ability. It has high viscosity, high suspending, thickening and stabilizing ability at low dosage. Uni-Carbomer® 996 is used to formulate transparent hydroalcoholic gels, shampoos, body washes, lotions, creams, hair & skin care gels and hair styling gels. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
