Carbomer. Uni-Carbomer® 981 by Uniproma Chemical acts as a thickening agent. It is a crosslinked acrylic polymer with outstanding long rheological behavior and flow property. It is highly efficient at moderate and low concentration. It provides high clarity and resists temperature effect to viscosity. Uni-Carbomer® 981 is used to formulate topical lotions, creams and clear gels and moderately ionic system. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
