Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate (and) Phenoxyethanol. TroyCare™ FE10 by Troy Corporation (Arxada) is a broad-spectrum, antimicrobial preservative system. It is based on the actives iodopropynyl butylcarbamate (IPBC) and phenoxyethanol. Due to its excellent antifungal efficiency, the use is recommended in systems that are sensitive to yeast, mold, and fungi. It is compatible with cationic, anionic, and non-ionic surfactants. TroyCare™ FE10 is used to preserve shampoos, conditioners, creams, lotions, sunscreens, make-up, and toiletries.
