Galactoarabinan. TRIspire Enhance by TRI-K Industries acts as an emollient and film former. It is a polysaccharide derived from larch trees, composed of galactose and arabinose. It improves polymer emulsion stability, reduces transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and increases hydration of the epidermis. It works synergistically with AHA acids, accelerating the process of exfoliation and reduces visibility of wrinkles. Moreover, it improves the homogeneity of the formulation and spreadability on the skin, thus increasing the SPF value. It does not contain any preservatives. TRIspire Enhance finds application in formulating cosmetic products.
