Hydrogenated polydecene. NOMCORT HP-30 acts as an emollient. This product is a non-polar oil (mostly composed of C40 and C50) like mineral oil, squalane and is based on non-animal sources. NOMCORT HP-30 is superior in safety and solubility and possesses texture similar to squalane. Applications include creams, milk lotions, lipsticks, lip glosses, foundations, oil based facial cleansers and sunscreens.
