PCL Liquid by Symrise is an emollient. This bioinspired ester oil helps to protect skin. It makes the skin soft, smooth and supple. It helps the skin to maintain its natural equilibrium. This ingredient spreads quickly on skin and has a strong film-forming effect without being occlusive. Thus, it does not inhibit the natural skin respiration. It does not leave a sticky or greasy skin feeling. It maintains the natural moisture content of the skin. It mimics the composition of natural preen-gland oil but is of course not animal-derived. It offers low variation of viscosity with temperature. PCL Liquid is particularly suitable for W/O emulsions.
