Laminaria Saccharina Extract. Actipone® Laminaria Saccharina by Symrise acts as an anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, anti-stress and anti-inflammatory active. It is a glycerol water-based extract of seaweed from the baltic sea. Inhibits activity of matrix metalloproteinases (specifically MMP-9). Increase of MMP levels in the skin contributes to wrinkle formation and loss of elasticity and firmness.
