Glyceryl stearate (and) PEG-100 stearate. DUB 165 by Stearinerie Dubois acts as a primary O/W emulsifier in all system ionic class. It is functional at low and high pH. It has a stabilizing effect miscible with all other lipids, oils and waxes. DUB 165 is used for all skin-, hair care products, gel, lotion and make- up like mascara.
