Cocamidopropyl Betaine. Mackam® 35 by Verdant Specialty Solutions acts as a mild surfactant, foaming and thickening agent. It is derived from whole coconut oil and is used in baby shampoos, bubble bath and hair care products. It is compatible with anionic, nonionic and cationic surfactants and is stable above pH 4. Mackam® 35 is an economical betaine and is preservative-free.
