Omega 3 Ceramide

Linseed oil/Palm oil aminopropanediol esters. Acts as an anti-stress, relaxing and anti-aging active. It is a preservative free biomimetic α-linolenic acid (Ω3) stabilized under a ceramide-like structure, obtained through a patented solvent-free process of enzymatic synthesis, from flax oil (Linum usitatissimum). Possesses unique feature of transposing the well-known nutraceutic properties of the Omega 3 to the skin. To complement its restructuring properties associated with its biomimetic ceramide structure, it makes the skin less sensitive to stress while re-establishing cell communication in the neurones. As a direct consequence of its anti-stress properties, it helps to regulate skin hyperseborrhoea (anti 5-α reductase activity) and slows aging. Used in skin care products.
