Dimethicone/Vinyldimethicone Crosspolymer (and) Lauryl PEG/PPG-18/18 Methicone. Acts as a surfactant. Has high inner phase (80% silica gel elastic) content emulsion. Possesses silky feeling and excellent skin affinity as well as conditioning property. It is easy to dilute with water. Used in skin care products (emulsion, cream, moisture spray, wetting facial tissue).
