Possesses excellent affinity, moisture to skin, good water solubility and excellent smoothness. It is compatible with many ingredients. Can be used in hair spray, leave-on hair conditioners, skin care lotions, deodorants, antiperspirants, color cosmetics, sunscreens, shaving cream and shampoo.
