PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone. Acts as an emulsifier for silicone oil emulsions. Offers conditioning and good release of silicone oil in emulsion. Possesses good lubricity and lower surface tension. Used in a wide range of dimethyl silicone oil, alkyl silicone oil and hydroxyl silicone oil to form stable o/w emulsion.
