Dimethicone. KF-9030 by Shin-Etsu is a silicone blend of 20% highly polymerized dimethicone and 80% low viscosity dimethicone. When incorporated into personal care formulations, it forms a substantive, non-occlusive, hydrophobic film that improves the feel of the product.

It enhances the substantivity of actives, and provides long lasting benefits.
KF-9030 is designed for rinsed & non-rinsed hair care, skin care and make-up products.
