Vinyl Dimethicone/Methicone Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer. KSP-100 by Shin-Etsu acts as a mattifying agent and softening / texturing agent. It consists of spherical silicone rubber powder coated with silicone resin.

  • It offers matte effect and reduced agglomeration.
