Dimethicone (and) PEG-15/Lauryl Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. KSG-380Z by Shin-Etsu is silicone elastomer. It is also used as water in oil (W/O), water in silicone (W/Si) and O+Si emulsifier. Provides silky and smooth skin feel. It shows good compatibility with organic oils, esters and silicones. It is used to make quick breaking, unique water in silicone (W/Si) and water in oil (W/O) creams. KSG-380Z is designed for skin care and make-up products.
