Scutellaria baicalensis Root Extract (and) Butylene Glycol (and) Water. Gerbex® Scutellaria by Shanghai JAKA Biotech exhibits anti-aging, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidative and whitening effects. It is a herbal extract liquid with the active component baicalin. It inhibits staphylococcus aureus and gonococci. It hinders the biosynthesis of LTB4 and LTC4 in leukocytes.
