Polytetrafluoroethylene. FluoroPURE™ Fibers 10C by Shamrock Technologies acts as a slip, bulking agent and binder. It has a unique fiber shape. Provides enhanced water resistance and surface coverage properties to entrap oil while offering an elegant soft, silky-feel. Offers high lubricity and uniformity. It thickens, lengthens and strengthens lashes in mascara. Achieves a subtle gloss finish and hides lines and wrinkles in sculpturing products. FluoroPURE™ Fibers 10C is used in color cosmetic formulations.
