Hydrolyzed Collagen and Water. Promois W-42U by SEIWA KASEI acts as a moisturizing agent. It is a water-soluble peptide derived from hydrolyzation of fish scale collagen. It has high affinity to skin by having similar amino acid composition with skin collagen and has great moisturizing efficacy due to presence of proline and hydroxyproline. Provides moisture retention, protection and repairing effect. Offers low odor, low color, quick penetration and softness. Moreover, it contains additives like 3% butylene glycol and 1% phenoxyethanol. Promois W-42U is used in skin and hair care formulations.
