Hydrolyzed Silk and Water. Promois S-720F by SEIWA KASEI acts as a moisturizing agent. It is a water solution of hydrolyzed silk protein and contains fibroin, glycine, alanine and serine amino acids. It provides moisture retention, protection and repairing effect. Moreover, it contains additives like 3% butylene glycol and 1% phenoxyethanol.
