Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Milk Protein and Water. Promois MILK-Q by SEIWA KASEI acts as an anti-static and chelating agent. It is a water solution of hydrolyzed milk protein, bonded with a quaternary ammonium group at the N-terminal of the peptide. It contains acidic amino acid and phosphoric ester. It provides moist feeling, soft & pliable hair, moisture retention, protection and repairing effect. It contains additives like 3% butylene glycol, 0.3% methylparaben and 0.03% propylparaben. Promois MILK-Q finds application in formulating hair conditioners and hair treatment products.
