Phenoxyethanol (and) Benzyl Alcohol (and) Potassium Sorbate (and) Aqua (Water) (and) Tocopherol. euxyl™ k 700 preservative by Ashland is a liquid cosmetic preservative. It has a broad, balanced spectrum of effects against bacteria, yeasts, mold and fungi. It possesses good vapor phase effectiveness. It reduces discoloration of organic acids and is fully effective in anionic, cationic and non-ionic systems. euxyl™ k 700 preservative is adapted for use in products with a skin-friendly pH value in the range of 3 to 5.5. It can be used in leave-on (creams, lotions) as well as rinse-off products (shampoos, bath preparations).
