Carthamus Tinctorius Seed Oil. Safflower Oil, ORGANIC by SanaBio is a masking- and conditioning agent. It is extracted by cold-pressing of safflower seeds, then decanted, filtered and stored under nitrogen atmosphere. It is free from allergens-, GMO-, parabens-, preservative-, SVHC-, formaldehyde- and solvent residue. It is vegan with no animal materials in contact. Only certain naturally grown sunflower varieties have a very high proportion of monounsaturated oleic acid. The high-oleic sunflower oil has an even better spreadability than the original linoleic acid-rich form. Therefore, Safflower Oil, ORGANIC is a popular ingredient for creams and ointments for dry, stressed skin and hair. The shelf life is 16 months.
