Transglutaminase (TG)

Transglutaminase. Transglutaminase (TG) by RML Incorporated acts as a binding and conditioning agent. It is produced from vegetable-based fermentation. It bonds protein molecules together with a very strong (covalent) bond by linking two amino acids: glutamine and lysine. Transglutaminase (TG) does not contain formaldehyde or formaldehyde donors and it is non-irritating to human skin. Used for hair treatments (color, straightening, conditioning) and skin creams & lotions.
