RHEOSOL® AVC

Acrylamide/Sodium Acrylate Copolymer (and) Paraffinum Liquidum (and) Trideceth-6. RHEOSOL® AVC by SNF acts as an opacifier, thickener and emulsion stabilizer. It is a water-swellable, anionic copolymer.

It improves performance whilst promoting the excellent spreading of the finished formulations.
It shows softening, moisturization, gelling, low viscosity, easy incorporation and cold mixing in aqueous systems.
It does not require neutralization or the addition of sodium chloride to achieve viscosity build.
It allows low usage levels, aids suspension and stabilization of other co-ingredients and provides excellent skin feel.
RHEOSOL® AVC finds application in formulating opaque formulations like cream bases, cleansing products, conditioners, sun care lotions, and hair conditioners.
It has a shelf life of 12 months.
