Distinctive® AQ-Mica

Mica (and) PEG-9 Dimethicone. Distinctive® AQ-Mica acts as an aesthetic enhancer and emulsifier. A mineral based powder whose surface is treated to improve water dispersibility. After treatment, it can be incorporated into most formulations in upto 20%, while still maintaining its excellent flow properties. Distinctive® AQ-Mica is hydrophilic and gives improved wear and even coverage. It also exhibits excellent compatibility, water dispersibility and oil absorbancy. Applications include color cosmetics, oil/shine control products, powders, treatment masks, creams and lotions, and sun care formulations.
