It also functions as a film former, moisturizing, regenerating, restructuring and tensing effect agent. It provides cell regeneration stimulating activity, photoprotection and hair color protection. It is a paraben-free extract in a medium of propylene glycol/water (90:10) from the wheat germ, with a plant/extract ratio 1/2.
