OLIVEM® 400

Sodium PEG 7 Olive Oil Carboxylate (35% Solids). OLIVEM® 400 by Hallstar is a biodegradable, anionic surfactant, cleansing- & foaming agent. It is derived from olive oil fatty acids. It possesses excellent dermatological compatibility and mild cleansing properties, combined with high emollient feeling after rinse-off. It can be able to reduce the final irritation index of the formulation. It is highly compatible with common cationic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactant as well as silicone systems. It is recommended in formulations for sensitive skin, baby care, hair care and personal hygiene. OLIVEM® 400 is designed for use in bar soaps, bath additives, cleansing wipes, facial cleansers, liquid hand soaps, shampoos, shaving products and shower gels/body washes. The shelf life of this ingredient is 36 months.
