Pre-blended and flaked Stearalkonium Chloride with Cetearyl Alcohol and PEG 40 Castor Oil. Maquat® SC1632 by Pilot Chemicals acts as a self-emulsifying and conditioning agent. Is a naturally plant derived, concentrated surfactant blend in flaked form. Possesses an emulsifying properties and acts as emollient in lotions and creams. Also provides excellent substantive properties ideal for use in personal care formulations. Contains 85% biorenewable carbon, is available in the form of white waxy flakes, dispersible in water and has consistent low color and low odor. Maquat® SC1632 is used in personal care products, hair conditioners and skin care products. Complies with REACH.
