PPG-15 Stearyl Ether. ROKAnol® SP15L by PCC Group is a low viscosity, non-ionic surfactant, emollient, conditioner and softener. It gives the skin a silky appearance. This ingredient improves the feeling of touch, giving the skin softness. It offers good fragrance solubilizing properties. ROKAnol® SP15L is used in skin care products, deodorants & antiperspirants, facial cleansing, anti-acne, sunscreen & moisturizers, bronzers and face care creams. It is suitable for anti-wrinkle-, eye- & hand creams, masks, peels, styling products and hair removal products.
