Dimethicone. CareSil™ CSF-3100 (1000 cSt) by Avantor is a high clarity silicone fluid to deliver moisturizing properties. It offers a silky feel, softness, water repellency and increased slip & shine/gloss. It reduces tackiness and increases emolliency in formulations. It has high spreadability and compatibility. CareSil™ CSF-3100 (1000 cSt) is used in color cosmetics, moisturizing, anti-aging/anti-wrinkle, skin & skin tone repairing serums, sun care (sunscreen, after-sun & self-tanners) and men’s grooming products.
