Dimethicone (and) Aqua (and) Glycerin (and) Pentylene Glycol (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (and) Phenoxyethanol (and) Carbomer (and) Amodimethicone (and) Sodium Hydroxide (and) Disodium EDTA. CareSil™ CES-1104 by Avantor is an elastomer gel delivered from an hydrophilic gel.

It acts as a softening-, moisturizing-, anti-aging/anti-wrinkle-, repairing- and sunscreen agent.
It is a surfactant-and cyclic-free grade.
It provides transformable texture, light and smooth feel for aqueous base formulations alongwith ease of use and dispersion.
It brings a unique texture fresh as water at the beginning that turns into a matte velvet veil.
It is recommended for color cosmetics, moisturization, anti-aging/anti-wrinkle, skin & skin tone repairing serums, sun care (sunscreen, after-sun & self-tanners) and men’s grooming products.
CareSil™ CES-1104 has a shelf life of 36 months.
