Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate. ELFAN AT 84 by Nouryon is an easy to use, non ethoxylated sulfate-free mild anionic surfactant. It is based on vegetable fatty acid and sodium isethionate. It is readily bio-degradable grade. ELFAN AT 84 is used in personal cleansing, bath & shower products like bar and liquid soaps. It has superior clarity than other sulfate-free cleansers due to its highly efficient synthesis and low residuals.
