Disteardimonium Hectorite (and) PEG-10 Dimethicone (and) Dimethicone (and) Lauryl PEG-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone. NIKKOL Nikkomulese WO-CF PLUS by NIKKOL GROUP (Nikko Chemicals) acts as an emulsifier. It is cyclomethicone-free and creates stable W/Si emulsions with very light textures. It contains no additives. NIKKOL Nikkomulese WO-CF PLUS is used for W/O systems with silicones (W/Si), creams, lotion, gels and in other cosmetic care products.
