It is high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids and contains palmitoleic acid which promotes younger looking skin as well as omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. It leaves an oily feeling on the skin. It is derived from a non-GMO plant material. It contains palmitic acid (7-10%) and oleic acid (50-67%).
