It absorbs quickly into the skin and reduces protein loss when used in hair. It has a very slight coconut scent, but is generally considered odorless. It is paraben-, phthalate- and GMO-free. Coconut Carrier Oil (RBD) is used in massage oils, body balms, lip balms, lotions and cold process soaps. It has a shelf life of up to 2 years.
