Hydrogenated Castor Oil (100%). Castor Vegetable Wax (Flakes) by New Directions Aromatics acts as a moisturizing agent and thickener. It is produced by the hydrogenation of pure castor oil, in the presence of a nickel catalyst. It is solvent-, BSE- and heavy-metal-free. It is compatible with most animal, vegetable and mineral waxes as well as with large variety of natural and synthetic resins. Castor Vegetable Wax (Flakes) is used in liquid soaps, eyeliner pencils, antiperspirant sticks, body washes, creams, lotions and lipsticks.
