Quillaja saponaria wood extract (and) Sodium benzoate. Sapnov™ acts as a natural foaming agent, soothing agent and surfactant. It is a natural standardized product extracted from quillaja containing 65% sapaonin. It is non-ionic and water soluble surfactant that performs well versus synthetic surfactants. It is non-eco-toxic and non-GMO product. It is non-allergenic and non-skin irritant. It works in a wide range of pH and shows good stability even at high salt concentrations. It is compatible with all types of surfactants. It is miscible with classical solvents, alcohol up to 20%, propylene glycol and glycerin. Possesses good foam stability, soothing and dermo-purifying properties. It decreases the expression of interleukin 8 by 52%. Used in baby care-, oral care-, skin care-, body- and hair care products. Sapnov™ is 100% natural and 100% biodegradable ingredient. It is COSMOS approved.
