Alisma Orientale Tuber Extract. Alisma Orientale Extract-NS by Natural Solution acts as an anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-allergenic and skin brightening agent. It is the extract of the tubers of alisma orientale, alismataceae. It contains alisol, sesquiterpenes, diterpenes and triterpenes as active compounds. The rhizomes of A. orientate shows anti-inflammatory effect through the inhibition of nitrite accumulation in LPS-activated macrophages and anti-allergic effect through the inhibition of B-hexosaminidase release in antigen-stimulated RBL-2H3 cells.
