Plantago Lanceolata Leaf Extract (10-25 %). PLANTAIN EXTRACT by Morlab acts as an anti-aging agent, protective agent, healing agent, anti-wrinkle agent, sunscreen agent, and smoothing agent. It contains phenolic acids, vitamin E, flavonoids, tannins, iridoids, diterpenoids, essential polyunsaturated fatty acid and essential oil composition. Increases skin density (as a result of increased collagen synthesis). Protects cells against the effects of UV radiation exposure, smoothes skin and reduces appearance of wrinkles. Inhibits the production of MMP-1and MMP-12 which is a major protein involved in collagen breakdown. Used in skin care products.
