Mica (CI 77019) (and) Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891) and Silica. Timiron® Splendid Blue by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt Germany is a special effect pigment. It offers shimmering interference effect that has reflection of blue color and transmission of yellow color.

It is naturally derived extract and is produced by depositing layers of titanium dioxide and silica onto a mica substrate for maximum brilliance.
Timiron® Splendid Blue is used in color cosmetics and personal care products.
It is approved by Vegan, Halal, Cosmos and Ecocert.
