Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate. RonaCare® MAP by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt Germany is a stable vitamin C-based potent antioxidant, anti-aging and skin lightening agent. It offers inhibitory effect on melanogenesis through tyrosinase inhibition. It also acts as a reducing agent on melanin intermediates, thus blocking the oxidative chain reaction at various points of the melanogenetic pathway.
