Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate. Eusolex® 2292 by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt Germany is a clear, liquid, oil soluble and effective organic UV-B filter. It offers a very good protection potential of approximately 2 SPF units/percent.

It is easy to process in an oil phase and shows good solubilizing properties for solid crystalline UV filters.
It is used in sun care products.
Eusolex® 2292 is Halal, vegan and worldwide approved.
