Hydro Cream Base by MakingCosmetics is a light, very pleasant cream base with a focus on hydration. It has a non-oily feel and soft, satiny finish. It can be used as a moisturizer or light serum type before applying anything heavier such as night cream or makeup. Hydro Cream Base is ideal for all skin types including oily skin. The shelf life is 24 months from production date.
