Potassium Soyate. Potassium Soyate Soap by Lubrizol is a bio-based, surfactant. It is the potassium salt of coconut fatty acid derived from whole soya oil. It is alkyl and alkyl ether sulfate-free and preservative-free. It contains glycerin, which serves as a natural moisturizer in formulated hand soaps. It provides rich, emollient and softening feel. Carbopol™ SMART polymers can be used to easily provide thickening, suspension and clarity to formulations containing Potassium Soyate Soap. It can be used as the primary surfactant for alkyl and alkyl ether sulfate-free systems. It is compatible with anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants. Potassium Soyate Soap is used in formulating hand soaps, body washes, facial & intimate cleansers and shampoos.
