Methyl Glucose Dioleate. Glucate™ DO emulsifier by Lubrizol is a highly efficient, primary non-ionic water-in-oil emulsifier, lubricant and non-oily emollient. It is a mild, naturally derived, non-oily 100% liquid. It is methyl glucose esterified with oleic acid. It imparts a satiny feel to the final product. It is used in smooth application of lipsticks, lip balms and other molded sticks. Glucate™ DO emulsifier is used in formulating antiperspirant/deodorant, body lotions/creams/gels, color cosmetics, conditioners, eye- & facial care products, wipes, hand/foot-, lip-, sun care products.
