PPG-17/IPDI/ DMPA Copolymer. AVALURE™ UR 450 polymer by Lubrizol is a film former. It produces water- & abrasion resistant, breathable, hard, glossy and tough films. It disperses pigments, promotes uniform distribution of organic UV filters and develops rapid hardness. It is removed with soap and water. AVALURE™ UR 450 polymer is used in mascara, nail polish and liquid makeup applications.
