Behenyl Alcohol, Polyglyceryl-3 Stearate, Beheneth-5 and PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. Kostol TBP #403 by Koster Keunen is a high HLB, O/W emulsifier based on a blend of high molecular weight compounds. Acts as a wax & consistency factor, film former, emollient, barrier, sunscreen enhancer and dispersing aid. Offers mild thickening due to the behenyl alcohol. Shows light to medium break and viscosity building. Kostol TBP #403 finds application in formulating hair care, conditioners & straighteners, pomades, body washes, sunscreens, after sun care, cleansers, creams, lotions, make-ups and mascaras. It is certified by KOSHER and has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
