Kostol IBT #483

Kostol IBT #483 by Koster Keunen acts as a wax & consistency factor, film former, conditioner, emollient and barrier. It also acts as an emulsifier, anti-static, sunscreen enhancer and dispersing aid. It is a behentrimonium methosulfate and cetearyl alcohol emulsifier with a 25% active level. It produces thick and creamy emulsions that feel light and hydrating on the skin. Used in formulating shampoos, conditioners, wash-off systems, creams and lotions, pomades, body washes, sunscreens, after sun care, make-ups and mascaras. Kostol IBT #483 is certified with NPA and has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
